微量元素測定試劑盒用于與樣本中的特定元素發(fā)生反應，產生可測量的信號，從而實現對微量元素含量的定量分析4。樣本稀釋液則是用于稀釋待測樣本，使樣本濃度處于儀器的檢測范圍內4。
在檢測時，不同元素有不同的試劑添加方式6。如檢測鋅、鐵、錳、鈣、鎂時，需加入相應的試劑 R1 和 R2 各 1.0ml，再加入 100μl 上清液；檢測鎘、鉛、銅時，加入 20μl 全血直接上機即可6。
