處理機(jī)(WP51)既可作為操作員站使用也可作為工程師站使用
*過(guò)程操作員通過(guò)WP可以調(diào)用過(guò)程顯示畫面,觀察過(guò)程回路的參數(shù)、趨勢(shì)和報(bào)警,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)過(guò)程的操作和參數(shù)的調(diào)整;
*過(guò)程工程師 通過(guò)WP可以組態(tài)過(guò)程顯示畫面和過(guò)程控制數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),進(jìn)行其他各種組態(tài)工作;軟件工程師通過(guò)WP可以進(jìn)入軟件開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,編寫、調(diào)試和執(zhí)行用戶的應(yīng)用程序;
*系統(tǒng)維護(hù)人員通過(guò)WP可以觀察到系統(tǒng)各個(gè)設(shè)備的工作狀態(tài),對(duì)這些設(shè)備進(jìn)行診斷操作;
*工廠管理人員通過(guò)WP可以運(yùn)行生產(chǎn)管理方面的軟件。
*組合鍵盤 (操作員鍵盤)
每個(gè)操作臺(tái)可最多帶二個(gè)組合鍵盤, 每個(gè)組合鍵盤最多可裝三塊告示小鍵板,二個(gè)組合鍵盤最多只能有一個(gè)數(shù)字小鍵板。
告示小鍵板 -- 它具有用戶可自定義的插片(插片上可標(biāo)該鍵的功能)和供全部16個(gè)鍵用的發(fā)光二極管(LED)。這是一個(gè)16個(gè) LED 鍵開(kāi)關(guān)的陣列,每個(gè)LED 可在操作站處理機(jī)軟件的控制下,按過(guò)程的狀態(tài)呈現(xiàn)ON(閃亮),OFF(熄滅),或者閃爍發(fā)光。這些 LED 與基本單元上的音響告示器連用,可產(chǎn)生提醒操作員把注意力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的某些特殊區(qū)域上去的效果。與每一 LED 相關(guān)的聚酯薄膜鍵開(kāi)關(guān)可被用于請(qǐng)求預(yù)先組態(tài)好的畫面或者專門的系統(tǒng)功能。
數(shù)字小鍵板 -- 它適于將數(shù)字?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)輸入系統(tǒng),其功能與字母數(shù)字鍵盤上的數(shù)字輸入小鍵盤(帶光標(biāo)控制)相同,它包括若干數(shù)字輸入鍵, 一個(gè) ENTER (鍵入)鍵和一個(gè)帶 LED 狀態(tài)燈的數(shù)字 LOCK (閉鎖)鍵。
