控制處理機(jī)是一個(gè)可選的容錯(cuò)站,和與之相連的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線組件(FBM)一起,可按組態(tài)好的控制方案對(duì)過(guò)程進(jìn)MCS40A-0015-5A3-4-00 模塊
*某些需要快速處理的回路的模擬量控制可放在FBM組件中處理,其處理速度為10-50毫秒(可組態(tài)),開(kāi)關(guān)量控制也可放在FBM組件中處理,其處理速度為2-5毫秒。
I/A Series 通訊處理機(jī)
通訊處理機(jī)(COMM10), 它提供了四個(gè) RS232-C 通訊接口,最多可連接四臺(tái)136列中英文打印機(jī)或彩色噴墨打印機(jī), 其異步通訊速率為9.6kbps?煞謩e打印報(bào)表及報(bào)警, 并可組態(tài)為互為后備。
通訊處理機(jī)給用戶提供下列功能:
*標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出錯(cuò)和報(bào)警報(bào)文打印功能:
任何能夠產(chǎn)生報(bào)文的系統(tǒng)站,都有一個(gè)可能作輸出的I/O設(shè)備表。用戶可以按照它們的邏輯名稱去這些設(shè)備。如向通訊處理機(jī)傳送許多報(bào)文,則它們就地排隊(duì),并按優(yōu)先級(jí)從處理機(jī)傳送到各特定設(shè)備,這就保證了對(duì)高優(yōu)先級(jí)的報(bào)警報(bào)文的迅速服務(wù)。
*報(bào)表和大批量打印機(jī)處理
如果設(shè)備被組態(tài)成為可鎖定的,報(bào)表就可以完整地打印到結(jié)束,在打印時(shí),不混雜報(bào)警報(bào)文。為了及時(shí)地輸出,其他報(bào)文,包括報(bào)警,可改道送到后備設(shè)備。當(dāng)報(bào)表結(jié)束時(shí),設(shè)備就解鎖,按優(yōu)先級(jí)次序的常規(guī)處理方法繼續(xù)。如果設(shè)備沒(méi)有定作可鎖定的,則較高優(yōu)先等級(jí)的報(bào)警報(bào)文將與報(bào)表輸出混雜在一起,而且不發(fā)生報(bào)文改道。
*報(bào)文后備
通訊處理機(jī)包含一個(gè)后備機(jī)構(gòu),該后備機(jī)構(gòu)是用于設(shè)備故障或上鎖時(shí),給未打印報(bào)文規(guī)定到后備設(shè)備的路徑。這個(gè)后備設(shè)備可以在就地通訊處理機(jī)中,也可在遠(yuǎn)方的通訊處理機(jī)中。通過(guò)組態(tài)過(guò)程,對(duì)于每一個(gè)連接的設(shè)備,可以規(guī)定第一后備設(shè)備和第二后備設(shè)備。在檢測(cè)到設(shè)備故障時(shí),由通訊處理機(jī)自動(dòng)通知執(zhí)行后備路經(jīng)進(jìn)程。
