YS系列三相異步電動機是封閉自扇冷鼠籠型三相異步電動機，符合國際電工委員會推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
中的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
YS系列三相異步電動機按JB1009-91標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計制造，防護(hù)等級IP44，絕緣等級B級。接線盒位于電機頂部。
YS系列三相異步電動機具有起動力矩大，力能指標(biāo)高，運行可靠，維護(hù)方便等特點。
YS系列三相異步電動機為一般用途電動機，適用于無特殊要求的各種機械設(shè)備，如金屬切削機床、泵、風(fēng)機、運輸機械、攪拌機、農(nóng)業(yè)及食品機械。由于有較好的起動性能，故也適合于驅(qū)動對起動轉(zhuǎn)矩有較高要求的機械。在有些場合能取代Y系列三相異步電動機。
