difficult to wear so that it has a long service life. 2.板倉左右兩側(cè)都裝配滾筒，安放托板，省時(shí)省力，提高效率 pallet storage device is equipped with rollers on both sizes, when placing the pallets, which can save both time and labor, and increase working efficiency. 3，以慢-快-慢的節(jié)奏非勻速送板，平穩(wěn)送板。 with the slow-fast-slow pace to feed the pallets, the pallets can be delivered smoothly. 4.送板機(jī)電機(jī)與減速機(jī)皮帶連接傳動(dòng)，在超載情況下皮帶會(huì)打滑。具有自我保護(hù)功能，防電機(jī)損壞。多為機(jī)械件，故障少。 the electric motor of pallet feeder and the speed reduction gear are connected by belt, if pallets are stuck 1,出磚機(jī)采用鏈條出磚，16a鏈條承重6噸，堅(jiān)固耐用，不易打滑，勻速平穩(wěn)出磚。 brick conveyor convey the bricks with a chain, 16a chain can bear load up to 6 tons. it’s durable and can convey the bricks smoothly without slipping occurrence. 2,出磚機(jī)上裝有毛刷，以清理磚上的殘料。安裝簡(jiǎn)單，成本低，維修保養(yǎng)成本低。 brick conveyor machine is equipped with brush, which cleans the defective materials. it’s easy to install and has low maintain cost. 3,出磚機(jī)上加裝可以調(diào)節(jié)高度的支腳，便于調(diào)節(jié)出磚機(jī)高度。 there are feet on the machine to adjust the height of the brick conveyor. 4,出磚機(jī)采用擺線式針輪減速機(jī) brick conveyor uses cycloid pin-wheel speed reducer. 三、主機(jī)main machine 1.機(jī)架采用厚壁鋼材，通過矩型焊接技術(shù)焊接，確保設(shè)備堅(jiān)固耐用，保證質(zhì)量。 the frame made by thick steel is welded by rectangular welding method, thus making the leakage of the materials. 4.采用五軸異步破拱機(jī)構(gòu)，加快下料速度，使布料更均勻。 using the broken arch method of 5 axis move in different pace to increase the speed of putting material and make the material move evenly. 5.撥料軸兩端加裝耐磨密封圈，防止原材料進(jìn)入軸承座而損壞軸承。 batching material axis is equipped with wear-resistant seal to prevent the raw material form falling into the axis to damage the axis can easily adjust the height of the skip car. 10.撥料叉維修方便，成本低。 material fork is easy to maintain and has low cost. 四、激振系統(tǒng)the vibration system 1.減振彈簧與減振墊結(jié)合，保護(hù)設(shè)備。 the **-vibration spring and the **-vibration pad have vibration dumping effect, which can protect the machine while it is working. 2.加裝垂直定向機(jī)構(gòu)，確保振臺(tái)只在垂直方向振動(dòng)。 this machine also adapts vertical machine can work smoothly in a longer operating life. 4.采用電機(jī)帶動(dòng)振動(dòng)箱，啟動(dòng)速度快，激振頻率高，激振力強(qiáng)。且易于檢修維護(hù)。 the machine employs electrical motor to drive the vibration case. the motor has high starting speed with high vibration frequency and strong vibration force. otherwise, it’s very convenient and easy for maintenance. 5.可調(diào)擺臂同步，快速方便，確保？蛏灯椒(wěn)一致。兩邊結(jié)構(gòu)不一樣，一邊固定，另一側(cè)調(diào)節(jié)。 the adjustable swing arms is synchronous, and one-side arm is fixed, the-other-side one is adjustable so that the mold case can move up and down smoothly and steadily. 6.大尺度調(diào)節(jié)副架高度，大螺距可旋梯形螺桿，快速，平穩(wěn)，準(zhǔn)確。 coarse pitch screw can adjust the sub-frame to a high attitude stably and accurately at a quick speed. 五、液壓系統(tǒng)hydraulic system 1,液壓元件采用國(guó)際知名品牌，保證質(zhì)量。 the main hydraulic elements and seals are imported from china taiwan, adopts the youshun technology, which ensures the good performance of the machine. 2,油管采用三到五層高壓油管，油管由專業(yè)廠家生產(chǎn)，不會(huì)漏油**達(dá)34mpa the oil tubes are made of 3-5 layers high-pressure oil pipe, so the phenomenon of permeating and leaking oil rarely occurs. this highest intensity of pressure is 34mpa. 3,油管高空加設(shè)，整潔美觀。 the oil pipes are installed in a high attitude, which makes the machine look clean and beautiful.
