送板機pallet feeder 1.送板機采用蝸輪減速機，便于安裝，易于維護；運行平穩(wěn)；不易磨損，使用壽命長。 pallet feeder uses worm-gear reducer, which is easy to install and maintain and can run smoothly. it’s difficult to wear so that it has a long service life. 2.板倉左右兩側(cè)都裝配滾筒，安放托板，省時省力，提高效率 pallet storage device is equipped with rollers on both sizes, when placing the pallets, which can save both time and labor, and increase working efficiency. 3，以慢-快-慢的節(jié)奏非勻速送板，平穩(wěn)送板。 with the slow-fast-slow pace to feed the pallets, the pallets can be delivered smoothly. 4.送板機電機與減速機皮帶連接傳動，在超載情況下皮帶會打滑。具有自我保護功能，防電機損壞。多為機械件，故障少。 the 1,出磚機采用鏈條出磚，16a鏈條承重6噸，堅固耐用，不易打滑，勻速平穩(wěn)出磚。 brick conveyor convey the bricks with a chain, 16a chain can bear load up to 6 tons. it’s durable and can convey the bricks smoothly without slipping occurrence. 2,出磚機上裝有毛刷，以清理磚上的殘料。安裝簡單，成本低，維修保養(yǎng)成本低。 brick conveyor machine is equipped with brush, which cleans the defective materials. it’s easy to install and has low maintain cost. 3,出磚機上加裝可以調(diào)節(jié)高度的支腳，便于調(diào)節(jié)出磚機高度。 there are feet on the machine to adjust the height of the brick conveyor. 4,出磚機采用擺線式針輪減速機 brick conveyor uses cycloid pin-wheel speed reducer. 三、主機main machine 1.機架采用厚壁鋼材，通過矩型焊接技術(shù)焊接，確保設(shè)備堅固耐用，保證質(zhì)量。 the frame made by thick steel is welded by rectangular welding method, thus making the machine sturdy and durable, with high height of the sub-frame 3.特制料車軌道壓軌，料少料車跳動，減少漏料。 special designed skip car press track, reduce the beat of the skip car and reduce the leakage of the materials. 4.采用五軸異步破拱機構(gòu)，加快下料速度，使布料更均勻。 using the broken arch method of 5 axis move in different pace to increase the speed of putting material and make the material move evenly. 5.撥料軸兩端加裝耐磨密封圈，防止原材料進入軸承座而損壞軸承。 batching material axis is equipped with wear-resistant seal to prevent the raw material form falling into the axis to damage the axis 6.料車上加裝高強度耐磨平切口刮料板，有效控制漏料，保證臺面干凈整潔。 the skip car is equipped with high intensity wear-resistant flat scrapper board cuts, which can control the leakage of the material and keep the board clean 7.料車運行平穩(wěn)，下料速度快，加快原材料活化反應(yīng)速度，使磚的密實度高。 skip car run smoothly and cut material quickly, which can system 1.減振彈簧與減振墊結(jié)合，保護設(shè)備。 the **-vibration spring and the **-vibration pad have vibration dumping effect, which can protect the machine while it is working. 2.加裝垂直定向機構(gòu)，確保振臺只在垂直方向振動。 this machine also adapts vertical orientation mechanism, which makes sure the vibration table only moves in the vertical direction. 3.加裝注油孔，便于向振動箱內(nèi)注入潤滑油，同時，注油孔還可以將振動箱內(nèi)的氣體排出，進而保護振動箱。 the oil can work smoothly in a longer operating life. 4.采用電機帶動振動箱，啟動速度快，激振頻率高，激振力強。且易于檢修維護。 the machine employs electrical motor to drive the vibration case. the motor has high starting speed with high vibration frequency and strong vibration force. otherwise, it’s very convenient and easy for maintenance. 5.可調(diào)擺臂同步，快速方便，確保？蛏灯椒(wěn)一致。兩邊結(jié)構(gòu)不一樣，一邊固定，另一側(cè)調(diào)節(jié)。 the adjustable
