鋰輝石粉介紹
鋰輝石屬單斜晶系，晶體常呈柱狀，粒狀或板狀。顏色呈灰白、灰綠、紫色或黃色等，硬度6.5-7，密度3.03-3.22g/cm3。作為鋰化學(xué)制品原料，廣泛應(yīng)用于鋰化工、玻璃、陶瓷行業(yè)，享有"工業(yè)味精"的美譽。

一、陶瓷工業(yè)：在陶瓷坯體中加入鋰輝石，可提高陶瓷制品的強度、密度、耐酸性及耐熱急變性能，可降低產(chǎn)品吸水率和線收縮率。在釉料和熔塊中加入適量的鋰輝石，能降低產(chǎn)品的熱膨脹系數(shù)，提高釉料的高溫流動性、降低粘度，提高釉面白度、光澤度、硬度、以及耐腐蝕性，提高產(chǎn)品檔次，同時使產(chǎn)品具有成品美觀、經(jīng)久耐用、廢品率低等特點。

在釉料(或熔塊)配方中加入2～12%鋰輝石，替代長石等相應(yīng)原料，可起到如下作用：
1、降低燒成溫度(助熔作用)，節(jié)約能源，延長爐齡;
2、降低熔體粘度，提高高溫流動性和玻化程度，提高抗污染能力，增強釉面強度和光滑平整度;
3、降低熱膨脹系數(shù)，克服釉面裂紋，提高熱穩(wěn)定性;
4、提高白度，增強光澤度;
5提高化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性和耐酸性
The specific use of spodumene in the ceramic industry:
