加熱器使用注意事項(xiàng)<\/strong>
<\/b>1.PTC加熱器的功率受外部環(huán)境影響很大，理想的測試方法是在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工況下安裝在整機(jī)中進(jìn)行。通常為便于雙方檢驗(yàn)確認(rèn)，實(shí)際操作時(shí)，是以在整機(jī)中確認(rèn)的封樣件來調(diào)整模擬風(fēng)道的相關(guān)參數(shù)后測試的。測試時(shí)環(huán)境溫度一般保持在20<\/span>～25<\/span>℃左右。
2.PTC<\/span>加熱器在工作時(shí)有熱膨脹現(xiàn)象，故在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)考慮加熱器周圍留有一定間隙（5mm<\/span>以上）；
3.<\/span>若選用表面帶電型加熱器，在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)還應(yīng)考慮防觸電措施及蒸發(fā)器結(jié)霜時(shí)的安全間距，確保沒有人體、金屬物和霜層觸及的可能。選用表面絕緣型加熱器則較為安全；
4.<\/span>加熱器裝接三相供電時(shí)，應(yīng)采用Y<\/span>型連接，且中性點(diǎn)必須接零線，避免因三相不平衡造成某路加熱器端電壓過高的故障隱患<\/span><\/p>PTC<\/strong>加熱器特性<\/strong>
