加熱器使用注意事項<\/strong>
<\/b>1.PTC加熱器的功率受外部環(huán)境影響很大，理想的測試方法是在標準工況下安裝在整機中進行。通常為便于雙方檢驗確認，實際操作時，是以在整機中確認的封樣件來調(diào)整模擬風道的相關(guān)參數(shù)后測試的。測試時環(huán)境溫度一般保持在20<\/span>～25<\/span>℃左右。
2.PTC<\/span>加熱器在工作時有熱膨脹現(xiàn)象，故在結(jié)構(gòu)設計時應考慮加熱器周圍留有一定間隙（5mm<\/span>以上）；
3.<\/span>若選用表面帶電型加熱器，在設計時還應考慮防觸電措施及蒸發(fā)器結(jié)霜時的安全間距，確保沒有人體、金屬物和霜層觸及的可能。選用表面絕緣型加熱器則較為安全；
4.<\/span>加熱器裝接三相供電時，應采用Y<\/span>型連接，且中性點必須接零線，避免因三相不平衡造成某路加熱器端電壓過高的故障隱患<\/span><\/p>PTC<\/strong>加熱器特性<\/strong>
<\/b>PTC加熱器采用PTCR<\/span>熱敏陶瓷元件，由若干單片組合后與波紋散熱鋁條經(jīng)高溫膠粘結(jié)組成，具有熱阻小、換熱效率高的顯著優(yōu)點。它的**在于其安全性，即遇風機故障堵轉(zhuǎn)時，PTC<\/span>加熱器因得不到充分散熱，功率會自動急劇下降，此時加熱器的表面溫度維持限定在居里溫度左右（一般為220<\/span>℃），從而不致產(chǎn)生電熱管類加熱器表面的“發(fā)紅”現(xiàn)象，排除了發(fā)生事故的隱患。
