COLCOAT SP-2001,2002 系含有導電性金屬酸化物超微粒子之極安定性的水溶液。 在基材上涂布就可以形成電導性薄膜,使電器絕緣材料能夠導電化處理。<\/span>

COLCOAT SP 系列因為十一水為溶媒,所以涂布于某些涂布物上,會有部分不能沾濕的不親和現象, 因此,可用下述方法加以改善: <\/span> <\/p>

添加醇類溶劑:<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr>

 <\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td>

添加甲醇約30%<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr>

添加界面活性劑:<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr>

 <\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td>

添加少許陰離子系界面活性劑。<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>


[例<\/span>]<\/span>
添加0<\/span>。<\/span>1%<\/span>日本油脂<\/span>(<\/span>株<\/span>)<\/span>制造的陰離子界面活性劑<\/span>“Rapisol B-80”<\/span>于 <\/span>COLCOAT SP <\/span>系列溶液。 <\/span> <\/p>

先以約1%<\/span>的甲醇稀釋界面活性劑,再加入<\/span>COLCOAT SP <\/span>溶液,以方便處理。<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>
