反沖洗過(guò)濾器，運(yùn)行及控制不需外接任何能源就可以自動(dòng)清洗過(guò)濾，自動(dòng)排污。反沖洗期間不斷流，清洗過(guò)濾周期可以調(diào)節(jié)，清洗過(guò)濾時(shí)間默認(rèn)為10-60/s，清洗過(guò)濾損失水量只占過(guò)濾水量的0.08－0.6%；過(guò)濾精度可達(dá)10-3000 微米；工作壓力可達(dá)1.0-1.6Mpa；單臺(tái)流量：4-4160m?/h。
反沖洗過(guò)濾器可立式、臥式、倒置任意方向任意位置安裝，可用于工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、市政電力、電子、醫(yī)藥、食品、印染、建筑、鋼鐵、冶金、造紙等各行各業(yè)水過(guò)濾。

1.過(guò)濾精度：100～3000 μm5微米都可以達(dá)到,用鍥形網(wǎng)。
2.壓力損失：≤ 0.016 Mpa可以設(shè)計(jì)為2公斤壓差的時(shí)候就自動(dòng)反沖洗。
3.排污閥口徑：DN 50 mm。
4.排污時(shí)間：10～60秒可以設(shè)計(jì)定時(shí)反沖洗或者壓差反沖洗。
5.電源：交流三相380V/ 50Hz可以用氣壓反沖洗。
6.控制界面：數(shù)顯、旋鈕、開(kāi)關(guān)。

4.全自動(dòng)反沖排污過(guò)濾器程序控制：可根據(jù)用戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況需要設(shè)定系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)。
5.反沖洗過(guò)濾器先進(jìn)的控制系統(tǒng)：控制系統(tǒng)的精確度高，并可根據(jù)不同水質(zhì)調(diào)整其工作模式和運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，以提高其適應(yīng)水質(zhì)能力。

該設(shè)備在出廠(chǎng)前已調(diào)試完畢，用戶(hù)在使用時(shí)直接運(yùn)行即可。當(dāng)設(shè)備各運(yùn)行參數(shù)不能滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)要求時(shí)，用戶(hù)可根據(jù)實(shí)際工況調(diào)定各參數(shù)，并相應(yīng)選用手動(dòng)控制、自動(dòng)控制方式進(jìn)行工作。
首次運(yùn)行時(shí)，應(yīng)按以下步驟進(jìn)行：
1.檢查過(guò)濾器是否處于正常工作狀態(tài)：
2.察看過(guò)濾器各連接處是否牢固。
3.察看過(guò)濾器電控箱部分應(yīng)是干燥的。
4.接通電源，綠色電源指示燈亮，此時(shí)表示過(guò)濾器電控部分處于正常工作狀態(tài)，設(shè)備可投入試運(yùn)行。
注：插上電源時(shí)應(yīng)注意保持手的干燥，同時(shí)在過(guò)濾器工作過(guò)程中應(yīng)保持其電控器部分干燥，不可有水進(jìn)入電控器內(nèi)部
