人民新聞網(wǎng)今日獲悉：P110石油套管是石油鉆探用重要器材，其主要器材還包括鉆桿、巖心管和套管、鉆鋌及小口徑鉆進用鋼管等。國產(chǎn)套管以地質(zhì)鉆探用鋼經(jīng)熱軋或冷拔制成，鋼號用“地質(zhì)”(DZ)表示，常用的套管鋼級有DZ40、DZ55、DZ753種。
(1)石油套管主要進口國家有：德國、日本、羅馬尼亞、捷克、意大利、英國、奧地利、瑞士、美國，阿根廷、新加坡也有進口。進口標準多參照美國石油學(xué)會標準API5A，5AX，5AC。鋼級是H-40，J-55，N-80，P-110，C-75，C-95等。規(guī)格主要為139.77.72R-2，177.89.19R-2，244.58.94R-2，244.510.03R-2，244.511.05R-2等。
(2)API規(guī)定長度有三種：即R-1為4.88～7.62m，R-2為7.62～10.36m，R-3為10.36m至更長。
(3)部分進口貨物標有LTC字樣，即長絲扣套管。
(4)從日本進口套管除采用API標準外，還有少部分執(zhí)行日本廠方標準(如新日鐵、住友、川崎等)，鋼號是NC-55E，NC-80E，NC-L80，NC-80HE等。
(5)在索賠案例中，出現(xiàn)過黑扣、絲扣損傷，管體折疊，斷扣和螺紋緊密距超差，接箍J值超差等外觀缺陷及套管脆裂、屈服強度低等內(nèi)在品質(zhì)問題。
用于石油井鉆探。

按SY/T6194-96“石油套管”分短螺紋套管及其接箍和長螺紋套管及其接箍兩種。

(1)國產(chǎn)套管按SY/T6194-96規(guī)定，套管長度不定尺，其范圍8-13m。但不短于6m的套管可以提供，其數(shù)量不得超過20%。
(2)套管的內(nèi)外表面不得有折疊、發(fā)紋、離層、裂紋、軋折和結(jié)疤。這些缺陷應(yīng)完全清除掉，清除深度不得超過公稱壁厚的12.5%。
(3)接箍外表面不得有折疊、發(fā)紋、離層、裂紋、軋折、結(jié)疤等缺陷。
(4)套管及接箍螺紋表面應(yīng)光滑，不允許有毛刺、撕破及足以使螺紋中斷影響強度和緊密連接的其他缺陷。
(1)按SY/T6194-96規(guī)定。套管及其接箍采用同一鋼級。含硫量<0.045%，含磷量<0.045%。
(2)按GB222-84的規(guī)定取化學(xué)分析樣。按GB223中有關(guān)部分的規(guī)定進行化學(xué)分析。
(3)美國石油學(xué)會ARISPEC5CT1988第1版規(guī)定�；瘜W(xué)分析按ASTME59最新版本制樣，按ASTME350最新版本進行化學(xué)分析。
(1)按SY/T6194-96規(guī)定。作壓扁試驗(GB246-97)拉力試驗(GB228-87)及水壓試驗。
(2)按美國石油學(xué)會APISPEC5CT1988年第1版規(guī)定作靜水壓試驗、壓扁試驗、硫化物應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂試驗、硬度試驗(ASTME18或E10最新版本規(guī)定進行)、拉伸試驗、橫向沖擊試驗(ASTMA370、ASTME23和有關(guān)標準最新版本規(guī)定進行)、晶粒度測定(ASTME112最新版本或其他方法)。
按SY/T6194-96規(guī)定，國產(chǎn)套管應(yīng)以鋼絲或鋼帶捆扎。每根套管及接箍螺紋的露出部分均應(yīng)擰上保護環(huán)以保護螺紋。

According to SY / T 6194 - 96 " Oil Casing", short threaded casing and its coupling, long threaded casing and its coupling are classified.
( 1 ) Domestic casing pipe is in accordance with SY / T 6194 - 96, and the length of casing pipe is variable and its range is 8 - 13m. However, casings not shorter than 6m can be provided, and the quantity shall not exceed 20 %.
( 2 ) The inner and outer surfaces of the casing shall not have folds, hairlines, delaminations, cracks, rolled folds and scars. These defects shall be completely removed, and the removal depth shall not exceed 12.5 % of the nominal wall thickness.
( 3 ) The outer surface of the coupling shall not have defects such as folding, hairline, delamination, crack, rolling, scabbing, etc.
( 4 ) The thread surface of the casing and coupling shall be smooth and free from burrs, tears and other defects sufficient to cause thread interruption to affect strength and tight connection.
( 1 ) According to SY / T 6194 - 96. The casing and its coupling are of the same steel grade. Sulfur content < 0.045 %, phosphorus content < 0.045 %.
( 2 ) Take chemical analysis samples according to GB 222 - 84. Chemical analysis shall be carried out in accordance with relevant provisions in GB 223.
