超高分子量聚乙烯板材使用壽命高于鋼質(zhì),耐磨性是炭鋼及不銹鋼的3~7倍;摩擦系數(shù)小,自潤滑,不吸水、不粘結(jié)物料,抗沖擊性強(qiáng)度高,綜合機(jī)械性能好,耐酸、堿、鹽腐蝕、不老化,耐低溫,衛(wèi)生,重量輕,比重是鋼材的1/8. 
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene sheet life is higher than steel, wear resistance is 3~7 times of carbon steel and stainless steel; friction coefficient is small, self lubricating, non absorbent, non bonded material, high impact strength, comprehensive mechanical properties, acid resistance, alkali, salt corrosion, aging, low temperature resistance, health, light weight, and specific gravity of steel 1/8.

(1)耐磨性是MC尼龍的4倍、尼龍66的5倍。在相同的使用條件下,使用壽命遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于尼龍。 
The results are as follows: (1) the wear resistance of MC nylon and nylon 66 is 4 times and 5 times of that of MC nylon and 66 respectively. Under the same conditions, the service life is much longer than nylon.
