所有計(jì)劃用于加工 GOTS 產(chǎn)品的化學(xué)品投入物，使用前都必須通過 GOTS 被授權(quán)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)的審批。配制品使用前必須通過 IWG授權(quán)有以下特定認(rèn)可范圍的 GOTS 被授權(quán)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)的評(píng)估且其批準(zhǔn)清單中必須有其注冊(cè)的商品名： - Approval of textile auxiliary agents (chemical inputs) on positive lists 紡織助劑（化學(xué)品投入物）肯定列表的審批 Approval must be applied by the applicable chemical producer or supplier of the preparations who receive conformity documents(Letters of Approval) issued by the authorised certifiers and containing the trade names of applied preparations that have been found to be compliant with the criteria of this Standard. 配制品的審批必須由其相關(guān)化學(xué)品生產(chǎn)商或供應(yīng)商提出申請(qǐng)，主管認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)會(huì)就評(píng)估后符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)配制品向其生產(chǎn)商或供應(yīng)商頒發(fā)合格文件（批文），并且批文上有該相關(guān)配制品的商品名。 For all chemical inputs (substances and preparations) a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), prepared according to an applicable recognised norm or directive must be available. The Approved Certifiers are requested, where appropriate and felt necessary, to include further sources of information (such as additional toxicological and environmental data on specific components of the auxiliary agents, test reports, independent lab analysis and traceability checks of ingredients) in the assessment. 所有化學(xué)品投入物（物質(zhì)和配制品）必須有根據(jù)適用的公認(rèn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或規(guī)范編制的物質(zhì)安全數(shù)據(jù)表（MSDS）。適用時(shí)及必要時(shí)，將要求被授權(quán)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)一步評(píng)估信息來源（諸如：助劑中其它特定成分的毒理和環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)、測(cè)試報(bào)告、獨(dú)立實(shí)驗(yàn)室對(duì)成分的分析及追溯核查）。 Certified Entities must have copies of valid Letters of Approval on hand listing all preparations they are using in processing and manufacturing GOTS Goods as verification proof that all colourants and textile auxiliaries used for GOTS Goods are actually approved. 被認(rèn)證實(shí)體必須持列有其在加工或制造GOTS產(chǎn)品時(shí)所用全部物料的有效許可證復(fù)印件，以證實(shí)所有用于GOTS產(chǎn)品的著色劑和助劑確實(shí)是被許可的。
