以 Akulon PA66 Ultraflow 擴大產(chǎn)品組合

帝斯曼推出三種品級的Akulon PA66 Ultraflow樹脂，均具有優(yōu)異的流動性、機械強度和斷裂伸長率。

Akulon PA66 Ultraflow通過將更好的機械性能、更高的端子保持力和強大的結(jié)合性能相結(jié)合，進而確保優(yōu)異的流動性和加工性。它可滿足覆蓋面積更小且密度更高的連接器的要求，兼具更高的流動性，同時，由于注塑成型壓力更低，從而能減少模具的磨損和維護。更多模腔可進一步縮短生產(chǎn)周期，降低生產(chǎn)成本以及能耗。帝斯曼將其視作可應(yīng)用于薄壁連接器、傳感器和控制單元的理想材料，并可作為間規(guī)聚苯乙烯（SPS）、聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（PBT）和其他品級的PA66的替代材料。

在服務(wù)多年的電子領(lǐng)域，帝斯曼又新增了PPS和PA66產(chǎn)品系列，同時推出若干細分市場的產(chǎn)品，其中包括：熱傳導(dǎo)塑料；電力友好（無鹵）材料；高溫微發(fā)泡樹脂和應(yīng)用于薄壁電子產(chǎn)品的高流動性材料。
