以 Akulon PA66 Ultraflow 擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品組合

帝斯曼推出三種品級(jí)的Akulon PA66 Ultraflow樹脂，均具有優(yōu)異的流動(dòng)性、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率。

Akulon PA66 Ultraflow通過(guò)將更好的機(jī)械性能、更高的端子保持力和強(qiáng)大的結(jié)合性能相結(jié)合，進(jìn)而確保優(yōu)異的流動(dòng)性和加工性。它可滿足覆蓋面積更小且密度更高的連接器的要求，兼具更高的流動(dòng)性，同時(shí)，由于注塑成型壓力更低，從而能減少模具的磨損和維護(hù)。更多模腔可進(jìn)一步縮短生產(chǎn)周期，降低生產(chǎn)成本以及能耗。帝斯曼將其視作可應(yīng)用于薄壁連接器、傳感器和控制單元的理想材料，并可作為間規(guī)聚苯乙烯（SPS）、聚對(duì)苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（PBT）和其他品級(jí)的PA66的替代材料。
