汽車電子市場火爆,帝斯曼推新品擴大該領域
以科技為立足之本,在全球范圍內活躍于健康、營養(yǎng)和材料領域的荷蘭皇家帝斯曼集團推出應用于薄壁電子連接器的 Akulon® PA66 Ultraflow,從而進一步擴大其熱塑性樹脂產品系列。該系列產品目標應用領域為日新月異的汽車電子市場。
汽車技術的創(chuàng)新90%來自于汽車電子領域。汽車制造商正在越來越多地采用電子部件,我們也看到汽車行業(yè)正在經歷的一些變化如:發(fā)動機溫度提高、更好的減震性能要求、零部件微型化、互聯(lián)網汽車、自動駕駛以及向混合動力和純電動車轉變。這些變化對材料性能提出了新的需求,而帝斯曼也適時地加大在工程塑料產品組合的投入。

“汽車中電子和電氣部件數(shù)量不斷增加,意味著在相同甚至更小的空間內,連接器需要傳輸更多信號和更大功率。引腳密度增大和腳距減小,正在推動對更薄壁厚和更高流動性的連接器的需求”,帝斯曼全球汽車行業(yè)市場經理Ralph Ramaekers解釋道。

以 Akulon PA66 Ultraflow 擴大產品組合
帝斯曼推出三種品級的Akulon PA66 Ultraflow樹脂,均具有優(yōu)異的流動性、機械強度和斷裂伸長率。
Akulon PA66 Ultraflow通過將更好的機械性能、更高的端子保持力和強大的結合性能相結合,進而確保優(yōu)異的流動性和加工性。它可滿足覆蓋面積更小且密度更高的連接器的要求,兼具更高的流動性,同時,由于注塑成型壓力更低,從而能減少模具的磨損和維護。更多模腔可進一步縮短生產周期,降低生產成本以及能耗。帝斯曼將其視作可應用于薄壁連接器、傳感器和控制單元的理想材料,并可作為間規(guī)聚苯乙烯(SPS)、聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)和其他品級的PA66的替代材料。
在服務多年的電子領域,帝斯曼又新增了PPS和PA66產品系列,同時推出若干細分市場的產品,其中包括:熱傳導塑料;電力友好(無鹵)材料;高溫微發(fā)泡樹脂和應用于薄壁電子產品的高流動性材料。
新增的PPS為混合/高壓電機、ECU和電池組組件等應用提供了新的解決方案。該類樹脂尺寸穩(wěn)定性高且耐沖擊強度大,可抵抗長期熱老化。
今年晚些時候,帝斯曼計劃推出更多新產品——例如全JEDEC1 HB級PA4T、PBT產品組合擴展以及包括LDS(激光直接成型)在內的若干互聯(lián)網汽車解決方案。
