五 質(zhì)量保證

1 賣方保證所提供設(shè)備是全新的、在交付時沒有材質(zhì)或工藝上的缺陷且符合買方提出的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范；

2 賣方應(yīng)保證其出售的設(shè)備科提供正常和恰當(dāng)?shù)厥褂茫⑶以诮?jīng)過正確安裝、正常操作和保養(yǎng)的前提下，在設(shè)備的壽命期內(nèi)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好；

3 設(shè)備的材料和零部件均應(yīng)符合或優(yōu)于買方提出的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范。

六 設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試驗(yàn)收

 1 設(shè)備交貨后，賣方應(yīng)在買方通知現(xiàn)場具備安裝條件時，在一周或更短的時間內(nèi)派技術(shù)人員到場安裝，并在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)安裝調(diào)試完畢，同時賣方負(fù)責(zé)安裝調(diào)試過程中所有因質(zhì)量缺陷而損壞的零部件免費(fèi)更換。

2 設(shè)備在賣方指導(dǎo)下安裝調(diào)試運(yùn)行后，買方和賣方共同對設(shè)備進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試驗(yàn)收，若賣方不參與聯(lián)合檢驗(yàn)，則視為同意買方的驗(yàn)收結(jié)果。設(shè)備經(jīng)安裝調(diào)試驗(yàn)收合格后，由雙方共同簽署《設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試驗(yàn)收結(jié)論單》。
