2   處理工藝 

從本工程廢水特征來看，有機(jī)污染物含量較高，生化性比較差，pH值變化大，并且色度比較高。廢水中含有染料、漿料、助劑、油劑、酸堿、纖維雜質(zhì)、砂類物質(zhì)等。

  針對于廢水的特點，預(yù)處理主要有自動格柵、中和反應(yīng)池、曝氣調(diào)節(jié)池、初沉池等單元，預(yù)處理主要是為了去除懸浮物及可直接沉降的雜質(zhì)，調(diào)整pH值，調(diào)節(jié)廢水水質(zhì)及水量等，確保后續(xù)生物處理系統(tǒng)的處理效率。為了達(dá)到較高的COD去除率，降低出水中COD的濃度，在二級生物處理中采用半推流式活性污泥系統(tǒng)，其抗沖擊負(fù)荷能力明顯強(qiáng)于傳統(tǒng)推流式系統(tǒng)，處理效率高于傳統(tǒng)完全混合式。針對原水色度高的特點，同時為了進(jìn)一步去除COD，在深度處理中采用了混凝沉淀脫色+曝氣生物濾池的兩級工藝，保證了出水達(dá)標(biāo)排放。

1    紡織印染廢水工程平面設(shè)計

本項目位于生產(chǎn)區(qū)，占地面積11796㎡，長120m，寬98.3m，南北向布置。廢水由西南側(cè)原廢水儲池經(jīng)泵提升進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)，經(jīng)一系列處理后的廢水自流排向處理廠北側(cè)的市政污水管道。

本項目高程設(shè)計時，地面標(biāo)高作為處理系統(tǒng)的相對標(biāo)高±0.00，地下構(gòu)筑物標(biāo)高-6.00m，地上建筑物頂標(biāo)高＋6.00m，地上建筑物頂標(biāo)高+6.00。除格柵井、調(diào)節(jié)池、濃縮池和清水池外，其他設(shè)施大部分采用地上式，

 電氣及自動控制設(shè)計

本印染廢水處理工程用電負(fù)荷以380V為主，一期總裝機(jī)容量為478kW，其中運行功率190kW，設(shè)置總配、變電室。本工程采用集中與現(xiàn)場相結(jié)合，手動與自動相結(jié)合的控制模式。自動控制以水位控制為主，調(diào)節(jié)池、清水池和中間水池設(shè)液位控制，機(jī)械格柵設(shè)時間控制。

四  運行情況

1 監(jiān)測結(jié)果

2012~2013年進(jìn)行廢水處理工程設(shè)計；2013~2014年進(jìn)行廢水處理工程施工、設(shè)備和管道安裝、工藝調(diào)試；2015年廢水處理工程正式運行。
