工作原理

1.鉆機的行走及轉(zhuǎn)向，均由液壓系統(tǒng)組成，通過操作手柄控制，使它完成步履式前進、后退行走及轉(zhuǎn)向調(diào)頭。

三、鉆機的操作與維修

1.鉆機到工地后，接好場地電纜，啟動油泵，升起鉆架，用螺栓固定好鉆架法蘭。

2.行走及轉(zhuǎn)向時，應升起井口板，對位完成后落下井口板，裝好鉆頭進行工作。

3.接鉆桿時，用副卷揚鉆桿吊起，鉆桿外絲放在下邊母絲扣內(nèi)，上邊母扣對準小鉆桿的外絲扣，卷揚機慢放，進入母絲扣內(nèi)后，點動主機，正轉(zhuǎn)，確認上下絲扣上好后，提起鉆桿，打開小門，放下鉆桿，當接頭通過小門后，應及時合上小門，進行工作，以保證鉆孔的垂直度和防止鉆桿擺動。

4.工作時要根據(jù)地層情況和主機電流來變換鉆進速度。主機電流一般不要長期超過65（安倍）

 5.卸鉆桿時，先將卸扣器裝到小鉆桿上，在裝上兩個大銷子。

6.卸扣器對準套入下邊鉆桿母后，點動主機（正轉(zhuǎn)）確定套好后，卷揚將鉆桿提到一定高度，小門關(guān)閉，放下鉆桿，使鉆桿落入下卸扣器槽內(nèi)，點動主機（反轉(zhuǎn)）即可卸開接頭，馬上用副卷固定鉆桿，工作人員同時用手扶住鉆桿，這時方可提起動力頭，鉆桿即被卸掉，重復以上即可正常工作。

   7.主機和卷揚要經(jīng)常檢查油位，如果缺油應及時補充。

   8.鉆機工作時，應隨時監(jiān)視電器儀表，發(fā)生有異常響聲，應立即停機檢查，不可帶病作業(yè)，所有緊固件隨時檢查防止松動。

   9.鉆進速度應根據(jù)地層情況變化而變化，控制主機電液壓在額定范圍內(nèi)慢慢鉆進。
