型號GB/T： ENiCrFe-3

相當(dāng)于AWS：ENiCrFe-3

說明：低氫型Ni70Cr15耐熱合金焊條，焊縫中有適量的錳、鈮等合金元素，熔敷金屬具有良好的抗裂性，采用直流反接。

用途：用于焊接有耐熱、耐蝕要求的鎳基合金，如因康鎳600、601等，也可用于一些難焊合金、異種鋼的焊接及堆焊。

說明：YD527(Z)藥芯焊絲是一種低氫型渣系的堆焊自保護(hù)藥芯焊絲，采用直流反接。該焊絲焊接時工藝性能良好，電弧穩(wěn)定，飛濺小，焊縫成型美觀，脫渣容易，焊接效率高, 堆焊層在高溫下仍具有優(yōu)良的耐磨性。
用途：用于堆焊各種磨損機(jī)件的表面，如巖棉機(jī)械離心輪（輥頭）、車軸、齒輪、攪拌機(jī)葉片、行走主動輪等。
