襯塑管即鋼塑復(fù)合管，是以普通碳素鋼管作為基體，內(nèi)襯化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)良的熱塑性塑料管（常用PE、PO、PVC、PTFE），經(jīng)冷拉復(fù)合或滾塑成型，市場上采用的是滾塑成型。?鋼襯塑管道滾塑成型又稱旋塑即旋轉(zhuǎn)成型、旋轉(zhuǎn)模塑、旋轉(zhuǎn)鑄塑、回轉(zhuǎn)成型等。是先將塑料原料加入模具中，然后模具沿兩垂直軸不斷旋轉(zhuǎn)并使之加熱，使模內(nèi)的塑料原料在重力和熱能的作用下，逐漸均勻地涂布、熔融粘附于模腔的整個(gè)表面上，成型為所需要的形狀，再經(jīng)冷卻定型、脫模， 獲得制品。從而使得它既有鋼管的機(jī)械性能，又有塑料管的耐腐蝕，緩結(jié)垢，不易生長微生物的特點(diǎn)，是輸送酸、堿、鹽、有腐蝕性氣體等介質(zhì)的理想管道
