DPP-260鋁塑/鋁鋁泡罩包裝機(jī)（英文：DPP-260 Aluminum Plastic/Aluminum Aluminum Blister Packing Machine）
1、成型、熱封、打批號、壓痕、沖裁等裝置全部采用制有齒條的心軸定位，搖動(dòng)搖手柄，各種裝置均能在心軸上輕松自如的移動(dòng)，機(jī)臺裝有標(biāo)尺，校正方便，定位迅速準(zhǔn)確。

2、采用進(jìn)口伺服電機(jī)配合機(jī)械手牽引，采用了雙重?cái)[桿裝置，增大了牽引行程的可調(diào)范圍（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)140mm，可定制到180mm），能適應(yīng)各種尺寸藥版的包裝。機(jī)器對版加熱、正壓成型、上下網(wǎng)紋、氣缸熱封、自動(dòng)送料、自動(dòng)壓痕打批號、自動(dòng)沖裁版塊，操作簡單運(yùn)行可靠。

3、特殊物料包裝厚度≥14mm，采用正壓空氣成型并配置機(jī)械沖頭，確保了泡罩成型均勻挺括，適用于大密丸、醫(yī)療器械等較大尺寸或特殊形狀物的包裝；配以專用的自動(dòng)加料器，能適應(yīng)安瓿、針劑、西林瓶等的包裝，適用范圍廣。

4、主傳動(dòng)部分采用平行軸斜齒輪減速箱，成型、熱封、壓痕等模具采用肖釘定位，壓板固緊，定位準(zhǔn)確，換模方便，節(jié)省包材。
