已經(jīng)越來(lái)越多地應(yīng)用于工控定位中。型編碼器因其高精度,輸出位數(shù)較多,如仍用并行輸出,其每一位輸出信號(hào)必須確保連接很好,對(duì)于較復(fù)雜工況還要隔離,連接電纜芯數(shù)多,由此帶來(lái)諸多不便和降低可靠性,因此,編碼器在多位數(shù)輸出型,一般均選用串行輸出或總線型輸出,德國(guó)生產(chǎn)的型編碼器串行輸出常用的是SSI(同步串行輸出)。
多圈式編碼器。編碼器生產(chǎn)廠家運(yùn)用鐘表齒輪機(jī)械的原理,當(dāng)中心碼盤旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),通過(guò)齒輪傳動(dòng)另一組碼盤(或多組齒輪,多組碼盤),在單圈編碼的基礎(chǔ)上再增加圈數(shù)的編碼,以擴(kuò)大編碼器的測(cè)量范圍,這樣的編碼器就稱為多圈式編碼器,它同樣是由機(jī)械位置確定編碼,每個(gè)位置編碼不重復(fù),而無(wú)需記憶。多圈編碼器另一個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn)是由于測(cè)量范圍大,實(shí)際使用往往富裕較多,這樣在安裝時(shí)不必要費(fèi)勁找零點(diǎn),將某一中間位置作為起始點(diǎn)就可以了,而大大簡(jiǎn)化了安裝調(diào)試難度。多圈式編碼器在長(zhǎng)度定位方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,已經(jīng)越來(lái)越多地應(yīng)用于工控定位中。
