三季度工業(yè)節(jié)能不及格 節(jié)能壓力驟增
工信部負(fù)責(zé)人近日透露，2011年的前三季度，我國工業(yè)系統(tǒng)節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)沒能完成，第四季度節(jié)能壓力較大。
被高耗能行業(yè)連累 三季度工業(yè)節(jié)能不及格
工業(yè)和信息化部部長苗圩稱：“今年前三季度按單位工業(yè)增加值的能耗完成了2.56% ，全年目標(biāo)是4.5%，而此前三個(gè)季度應(yīng)該完成3.4%�！泵幺妆硎�，節(jié)能任務(wù)出現(xiàn)欠賬的主要原因在于六大高耗能行業(yè)受需求的牽引增長較快。
苗部長所說的六大高耗能行業(yè)是指石油加工煉焦及核燃料加工業(yè)、化學(xué)原料及化學(xué)制品制造業(yè)、非金屬礦物制品業(yè)、黑色金屬冶煉及壓延加工業(yè)、有色金屬冶煉及壓延加工業(yè)、電力熱力的生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng)業(yè)。能源局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)顯示，今年前五個(gè)月，六大高耗能行業(yè)用電絕對量占第二產(chǎn)業(yè)用電量的三分之二，占全社會用電量的近二分之一。
可以看出，石油、冶金和電力行業(yè)耗能最大，用電最多。這些行業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱性行業(yè)，對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。同時(shí)，他們的一些小小的進(jìn)步，所能造成的影響更是不容小視。所以，若想更好的完成十二五規(guī)劃中的節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)，首先應(yīng)該在這樣的巨頭行業(yè)上找突破，而不是丟西瓜撿芝麻，為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展留下禍患。但其實(shí)，對于節(jié)能這件事情，對各行業(yè)來說都有一些共通的地方。

要節(jié)能，就要求企業(yè)要縱觀行業(yè)發(fā)展，找尋新的節(jié)能突破點(diǎn)。
比如放眼宏觀，從更大的視角審視企業(yè)的運(yùn)作，實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的系統(tǒng)化信息化管理；或者注重細(xì)節(jié)，從不起眼的地方查缺補(bǔ)漏，減少不必要的浪費(fèi)。
