《煤規(guī)》未詳細(xì)規(guī)定煤炭工業(yè)建筑可采用的室外消防制度，筆者根據(jù)多年的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合煤炭工程設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)，提出如下觀點(diǎn)。

臨時(shí)高壓給水系統(tǒng) 臨時(shí)高壓消防給水系統(tǒng)是礦區(qū)主要采用的消防形式，設(shè)計(jì)一般采用以下幾種形式：
⑴消防與生產(chǎn)、生活合用管道系統(tǒng)

考慮《建筑給水排水設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》(簡稱“手冊(cè)”)”[5]按Q以L/s和i以mH2O/m為單位進(jìn)行編制，為方便計(jì)算書打印，本文用Q代替qg，d代替dj，I代替i，經(jīng)過單位換算，建立采用比阻A的以下簡化式：

A＝3.16849X10-9d-4.87——C＝140的簡化式1；
A＝3.634076X 10-9d-4.87——C＝130的簡化式2；
A＝5.904583X 10-9d-4.87——C＝100的簡化式3。用分設(shè)系統(tǒng)阜陽消防給水設(shè)備避免了上述問題，其系統(tǒng)形式采用生活供水變頻，枝裝布置；低區(qū)消防采用水池、水泵、水箱聯(lián)合供水方式，滿足室內(nèi)外消防水量及壓力，局部高區(qū)獨(dú)立形成臨時(shí)高壓室內(nèi)消防給水系統(tǒng)，高低區(qū)水箱由變頻生活泵供給，高區(qū)水箱采用管道泵加壓。
